Go Cozy Carpet was very responsive and was prepared to provide next day service. I was able to complete our arrangements entirely by text. Joseph arrived at the agreed upon time and did a great job. My carpets are extremely old and stained, so I didn't expect miracles. Still, he removed an enormous amount of built up dirt and grime. My carpets are significantly cleaner than before. The only bit of advice I would give is to understand pricing prior to making arrangements. There is an additional cost to add brushing to the steam cleaning and shampooing.

I haven't cleaned my carpet in over 8 years (only standard vacuum) and CozyCarpet was great - they were able to fit me in last-minute on the weekend and were very professional. My carpets look like they're brand new and stain free. I couldn't believe the dirt that he extracted out and that our normal vacuum just can't clean. We would be still breathing that in if we didn't clean it. He was cheaper in price than the other companies I asked and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

It was quite a thick carpet though. He deep cleaned it and got all the dirt out. It looked so much better. There were no spots and the color was much brighter. I highly recommend CozyCarpet.
